Meet Lynda

Lynda, Client Care Specialist

Meet Lynda, our friendly Client Care Specialist at BPVH since 2022. She’s got that VMR Certification from Olds College under her belt, showing her dedication to being top-notch at veterinary reception.

When Lynda’s not at work, she’s hanging out at home with her family, along with their cool cat Zilla, and their three lively pups: Gizmo, Luna, and Pepper.

Believe it or not, Lynda’s previous gigs included child therapy and oil and gas administration, which somehow led her to us, and we couldn’t be happier about it. She’s a pro at making people feel comfortable, whether she’s chatting with them in person or on the phone.

But what really gets Lynda excited is that human-animal bond. She’s all about welcoming folks with open arms when they step into our clinic. Her goal? To make sure everyone feels right at home and knows their pets are in good hands.
